What a thrill when someone asks you to paint this 100 year old door in a small village Aramo in Tuscany – Italy.
A lovely couple bought this house in Tuscany and as they don’t live there, they wanted to see it wherever they lived. So why not have it painted.
A door which has seen so much you can tell from the way it looks. The strong character of the door, the walls which is reminiscent of village/ old town Architecture.

All along as I painted this door, it felt as though it is time to open the door and something magical lies behind these closed doors.
I hope my friend who has bought this place experiences all the joy and magic that are yet to be discovered.
